Lesson Plan 5: Choices

How does this fit into the Framework? Pupils will learn that humans have a responsibility to ensure the well-being of animals and that pressure to behave in an unacceptable way can come from a variety of sources, including people they know. They will also learn to recognize that they can make choices and to determine the difference between fair choices and unfair choices.

Teachers' Note: Ask students to read the following scenarios and fill in the blanks. You might want to introduce options such as telling the police, calling the RSPCA, intervening yourself and talking to a teacher or another adult.
